You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited, and d3hp is not liable for any loss arising from such access. Users must immediately notify the d3hp support team of any suspicious activity or unauthorized access. Use a strong password to protect your account and change it regularly. d3hp will never ask for your password via email or any other message.
Users of the d3hp platform are expected to engage honestly, transparently, and responsibly. Any form of fraudulent activity, software manipulation, use of bots, or any other attempt to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the account concerned will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Misconduct toward other users, harassment, or the use of abusive language is also against d3hp's policies. d3hp is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and action will be taken against any activity that undermines it.
Users are expected to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Managing an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets using someone else's funds is prohibited. Using d3hp for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly unlawful and may result in legal action. d3hp reserves the right to share information on any suspicious transactions with the relevant authorities upon request. All financial transactions on the d3hp platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals, and transactions through third-party accounts or cards are prohibited. Deposited funds will be credited to the account once verification is complete, and any unusual transactions may require additional processing time for review. d3hp may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. In any dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, d3hp's system logs shall serve as the definitive reference. Any financial loss resulting from a user's own decisions is the sole responsibility of that user.
All content on the d3hp platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and games — is the intellectual property of d3hp and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior permission. The platform may include third-party services or game software, which are governed by their respective providers' terms and conditions. d3hp makes no guarantees regarding the quality or availability of third-party services. Users who choose to use any third-party service are responsible for reading and understanding the relevant terms themselves.
D3hp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time and for any reason. An account may be closed due to violations of the Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or creation of a security risk. d3hp will generally attempt to notify the user before closing an account, though immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. Following account closure, d3hp will use its own discretion in determining whether any legitimate remaining funds are to be refunded. Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between d3hp and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh for settlement. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms & Conditions via a notice on the d3hp website, and such changes will take effect from the date of publication.
